What are Satisfiers?
Satisfiers are product or service attributes that provide linear increases in customer satisfaction. The more you deliver, the more satisfied customers become, but without the exponential delight effect.
In the Customer AI Masterclass (Unit 1.2: Customer Journeys), satisfiers are contrasted with basics and delighters. They are often functional improvements—like faster internet speeds or shorter wait times—that add measurable value but rarely create advocacy.
