 What is Predictive AI?

 
Predictive AI is the use of historical data to forecast future outcomes, such as churn, expansion, or NPS status. It narrows uncertainty by assigning probabilities to customer behaviors. 

In the Customer AI Masterclass (Unit 2.3: Three Amigos), Predictive AI is called the “forecaster.” It uses machine learning models trained on operational and attitudinal data to deliver forward-looking insights for CX and CS leaders.
