What is Machine Learning?
Machine Learning (ML) is a subset of artificial intelligence where algorithms learn from data to improve predictions over time without explicit programming. In Customer AI, ML powers churn models, NPS prediction, and next-best action recommendations.
In the Customer AI Masterclass (Unit 2: AI Foundations), ML is introduced as the core of predictive AI. It builds models that adapt with new customer data, creating more accurate forecasts and tailored interventions.
