What is Generative AI?
Generative AI is a type of artificial intelligence that creates new data, content, or simulations by learning from existing patterns. In Customer AI, it can generate missing attitudinal or operational data, providing a fuller picture of customer health when surveys are incomplete.
In the Customer AI Masterclass (Unit 2.3: Three Amigos of the Customer AI Toolkit), Generative AI is described as the “creator.” It fills data gaps, synthesizes new insights, and helps provide a 360-degree view of each account—even for silent customers who don’t respond to surveys.
