What is Firmographic Data?
Firmographic data includes organizational attributes such as company size, industry, revenue, and location. It is used for segmentation and targeting in B2B contexts.
In the Customer AI Masterclass (Unit 3.4: Data Types), firmographic data is categorized as supplemental to operational and attitudinal data. It provides useful context for predictions and segmentation, but usually explains less variance in outcomes compared to operational signals.
