 What is Customer AI? 


Customer AI is the application of AI to predict customer attitudes and future economic behaviors, with the goal of improving customer lifetime value. It integrates three disciplines—CX analytics, Customer Success, and RevOps—into a unified framework. 

Unlike legacy CX programs that rely on survey data, Customer AI generates complete customer profiles, predicts churn and NRR outcomes with higher accuracy, and prescribes actions at both strategic and operational levels.
