Account-Level Data
What is Account-Level Data?
Account-level data refers to customer information aggregated at the account (or company) level, rather than at the individual contact level. This perspective is crucial in B2B contexts where multiple stakeholders influence buying and renewal decisions. Account-level insights often combine operational signals (usage, billing, support history), profile data (industry, size, role mix), and attitudinal measures (NPS, CSAT, CES).
In the Customer AI Masterclass (Unit 3: Data), account-level data is highlighted as foundational for prediction models, enabling segmentation and churn analysis that reflect the collective behavior of a customer organization rather than a single user.
